Topic Search Bar Refinements On Desktop

Google recently released the new topics + sign refinement options in English/US mobile search results, and is also carrying out testing of these features on desktop search results.

Glenn Gabe identified and posted a video of this on Twitter. I was able to reproduce it upon logging into Google Search, so I have included screenshots for reference which can be enlarged by clicking on them.
